At MURPHYS DIESEL, we stand behind the quality of our parts and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If a component doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it remains in its original, uninstalled condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the specific part details to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the item back in its original manufacturer packaging and ensure it is securely boxed to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package using a trackable carrier to our designated returns center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement part within 5-7 business days.
